Key Responsibilities

As a Graduate Engineer Trainee, you will gain exposure to various engineering functions and will be responsible for supporting ongoing plant activities. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing, updating, and maintaining technical documents to ensure they are accurate and up-to-date for plant operations.
• Developing and maintaining support tools to assist in ongoing manufacturing processes.
• Assisting senior engineers in day-to-day plant engineering activities, troubleshooting issues, and improving operational efficiency.
• Participating in cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions for operational challenges.
• Contributing to plant maintenance and optimization efforts by working closely with both mechanical and process engineering teams.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements

To be eligible for the Graduate Engineer Trainee program, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical & Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or Civil Engineering, obtained in 2023/2024.
• A minimum academic achievement of Second Class Upper Division.
• Demonstrated technical understanding in your field of study with a passion for manufacturing and process engineering.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and apply theoretical knowledge to practical engineering situations.
