Global Product Manager

As a Global Product Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in assessing end-user requirements and market opportunities for our biofertilizers, biogas appliances, and biodigesters. Your mission includes creating a successful market entry plan, defining pricing and distribution channels, and collaborating with local marketing teams on product launches.

Responsibilities

Leading Market Research and Strategy

• Conduct comprehensive market research.
• Develop competitive differentiation, product positioning, and value proposition.
• Craft compelling messaging strategies.

Market Analysis and Sales Strategy

• Analyze global and local market data.
• Define product objectives for effective regional marketing strategies.
• Develop sales strategies in collaboration with regional teams.

Product Development and Lifecycle Management

• Create product strategy documents, including pricing strategy and ROI.
• Drive product development processes, from research to launch.
• Ensure effective collaboration between cross-functional teams.

Training and Collaboration

• Collaborate with the learning and training team to develop product training sessions.
• Work closely with engineering, production, marketing, communication, sales, and technical teams.

More about YOU

• Qualifications: BA/BSc/MSc in product marketing or product management.
• Experience: 5-8 years of Product Manager or related experience, preferably in engineering, agriculture, renewable energy, or clean cooking.
• Project Management: Strong project management skills; project management certificate a plus.
• Market Analysis: Expertise in market analysis and research.
• Marketing Tactics: Proficiency in product marketing tactics, such as integrated campaigns and analytics.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
• Go-to-Market Strategies: Experience in implementing go-to-market strategies, especially in LATAM, African, and Indian regions.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English, Spanish is a plus (Bilingual preferred).
