1. Accountant

Job Summary

As an Accountant at Glee Nairobi, you will play a crucial role in managing our financial operations. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare Financial Statements: Generate accurate financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Manage Accounts: Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Budgeting: Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets.
  • Auditing: Coordinate internal and external audits.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Skills: Proficiency in accounting software, strong analytical skills, and attention to detail.
  • Certifications: CPA or ACCA certification preferred.

2. Head Storekeeper

Job Summary

The Head Storekeeper will oversee the management of our inventory and ensure the efficient operation of our store. Your responsibilities will include maintaining inventory records, supervising store staff, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are optimized.
  • Supervision: Lead and supervise store staff, providing guidance and support.
  • Coordination: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present inventory reports to management.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Education: Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
