Role: Finance Analyst

Be the Financial Backbone of Our Success

As a Finance Analyst, you will be a crucial business partner to our Market Operations, Sourcing, and Sales teams. Your expertise will drive expense control, reporting, and analysis, with a lead role in Sales and Gross Margin reporting. Your insights will illuminate the profitability of products and operations, contributing to our strategic decision-making process.

Duties and Responsibilities

Empower Our Business with Your Financial Acumen

  • Collaborate with the Manager, FP&A for budgeting, forecasting, and month-end processes.
  • Craft efficient models for accurate expense forecasting, improving efficiency and precision.
  • Evaluate company performance using key data to unveil actionable insights.
  • Support operational enhancements through insightful financial analytics.
  • Engage in the month-end close process, performing variance analysis on expenses and gross margin reconciliation.
  • Provide decision-making support to drive business performance improvements.
  • Identify and analyze Risks and Opportunities, guiding actionable strategies.

Qualifications

Your Credentials for Success

  • Bachelor’s Degree in science, economics, accounting, statistics, or related fields.
  • Certified Accountant – CPA(K) or ACCA would be advantageous.
  • Experience: 2 – 3 years in finance, analytics, or accounting, including at least 1 year as a Business Analyst, Cost Accountant, or Financial Analyst.
  • 1-2 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and modeling.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power Point, and other MS applications.
  • Bonus: Retail, Wholesale, FMCG experience.
