Job Purpose:

We are on the lookout for a Financial Advisor with 1-2 years of experience in the financial services industry. As a Financial Advisor at Arima Fund, your role will involve sourcing, retaining, and growing our client base.

Reporting to: Private Wealth Advisor

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Research and Analysis

  • Stay informed about market trends and opportunities.

2. Fearless Cold Calling for Business Generation

  • Proactively reach out to potential clients to expand our customer base.

3. Participation in Product Launches and Campaigns

  • Contribute to the success of our product launches and marketing campaigns.

4. Client Engagement and Relationship Management

  • Nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

5. Skillful Sales Closing and Meeting Targets

  • Utilize your sales expertise to meet and exceed assigned targets.

6. Quality Lead Generation and Effective Follow-up

  • Generate high-quality leads and follow up on potential opportunities.

7. Business Strategy Recommendation and Execution

  • Collaborate on business strategies aligned with our objectives.

8. Assessing Clients’ Needs and Cross-selling

  • Identify and fulfill clients’ investment needs with Arima’s products.

9. Regulatory Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, including CMA regulations on private offers.

10. Other Assigned Tasks – Be adaptable and ready to assist with other relevant tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing or a relevant business-related field.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in selling financial products or in a sales role in the Financial Services industry.
  • Knowledge of the investment industry is an added advantage.
  • Commitment to professional values and integrity.
  • Demonstrates initiative, self-drive, ownership of work, adaptability, and flexibility.
  • Strong skills in prospecting, sales, negotiation, communication, networking, client relations, problem-solving, and computer literacy.
