Your Role

As a Finance Systems Analyst, your responsibilities include updating finance and operational reports, maintaining finance systems, and resolving system issues. You will also be responsible for handling data files from the ERP system, analyzing them, and presenting actionable results.

What You Will Do

  1. Troubleshooting and Collaboration
    • Ticketing and resolving system failures, collaborating closely with Engineering and Product Software Departments for issue resolution.
  2. Data Reconciliation
    • Reconciling ERP financial inputs with financial and operational data from the Core System.
  3. Journal Entry Monitoring
    • Monitoring ERP System journal entries to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  4. Health Checks and Issue Reporting
    • Conducting comprehensive health checks on financial system functions and reports, promptly notifying relevant stakeholders of any identified issues for resolution.
  5. Data Cleanup
    • Actively participating in data cleanup activities.
  6. Staff Training
    • Training staff on best practices for utilizing financial systems and creating reference materials for training purposes.
  7. System Updates and Documentation
    • Testing system updates and obtaining signoff from the Finance Systems Manager before deploying them to production.
    • Creating high-quality documentation on various functions within the finance system, aiming for excellence.

What You Will Bring to KOKO

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in providing end-user support for ERP systems is a must.
  • Essential experience in troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
  • Proficient knowledge of best practices in Finance, Procurement, and Project Management.
  • Familiarity with supporting Odoo ERP and any budgeting and reporting software solution would be advantageous.
  • Solid technical skills in Excel, Accounting Software/ERPs, basic SQL, and Python.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with other team members.
  • Strong organizational skills coupled with a passion for data analysis.
