Job Description
As a Field Sales Specialist, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth, enhancing customer retention and acquisition, and increasing lead conversion within a defined geographic region, product line, or market segment. Your responsibilities will include:
Implementing Sales Strategies
- Providing input for sales forecasting and budgeting
- Delivering sales objectives and revenue growth
- Securing new business and cultivating existing core business
Sales and Customer Relationship Management
- Answering inquiries and resolving problems
- Identifying and contacting prospective customers, building strong relationships
- Understanding customer requirements and suggesting suitable products/services
- Conducting sales bids, presentations, and proposals
- Following up with prospects and closing business deals
Marketing and Customer Retention
- Introducing products, promotions, and marketing campaigns to customers
- Building rapport and trust with customers by understanding their business and market
- Coordinating with internal teams for enhancing sales and customer retention
Support and Leadership
- Providing guidance and support to less experienced team members
- Convincing external parties to accept proposals and new concepts
- Building strong cross-functional relationships with DPDHL managers
- Advising direct reports, customers, and key stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- 6 years of relevant experience or more
