JOB TITLE: F&B Supervisor and Waiter/Waitress

Location: The Mirage Westlands Tower, 2nd Floor

Job Summary:

As an F&B Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring high standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction. Your role will involve managing staff, coordinating events, and maintaining inventory levels to meet business objectives.

As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be the face of Milan Lounge, providing attentive service to our guests and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and attending to customer inquiries to ensure a seamless dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

F&B Supervisor:

  • Manage and motivate the F&B team to deliver exceptional service.
  • Coordinate daily operations, including staff scheduling and workflow management.
  • Oversee inventory control and ordering to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for business growth.

Waiter/Waitress:

  • Greet guests warmly and guide them through the dining experience.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
