Role Overview
As the Farm Manager for AAA Roses at Chestnut Farm, Naro Moru, you will oversee the daily operations of one of our premier rose production locations. Your primary responsibility is to ensure production targets are met while formulating strategic initiatives to enhance growth and profitability. You will lead a team of skilled professionals, fostering their development and ensuring the farm operates efficiently and sustainably.

Qualifications and Skills
- Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Floriculture, or Agriculture. - Experience:
7–10 years of management experience in a similar capacity within the horticultural or floricultural sector. - Skills:
- Proven leadership and management capabilities.
- Analytical mindset with a strong ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong command of English (written and verbal).
