Program Overview

The FAL – Cadet Training Program is an entry-level opportunity within Fahari Aviation Limited, designed to provide comprehensive hands-on training and experience in UAV operations. This program serves as a vital steppingstone for those aspiring to become professional drone pilots and aviation experts.

Program Duration: 6 Months (8 weeks of classroom-based training followed by 12 weeks of on-the-job training)

Training Breakdown

Classroom-Based Training (8 Weeks):

• Aerodynamics: Understanding the principles of flight and how UAVs operate.
• Flight Regulations: Comprehensive overview of aviation laws and drone-specific regulations.

On-the-Job Training (12 Weeks):

Qualifications and Skills

Minimum Requirements:

• Education: High School Certificate with a minimum grade of C Plus or equivalent. Diploma or Degree in Technical (Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Science), Geospatial, or Agricultural fields.
• Certification: Valid certificate of good conduct (issued within the last year).
• Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license.
• Preferred: NYS Trained candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
