Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

As a Farm Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Dairy Farm Management
    • Efficiently manage all aspects of our dairy farm operations, including herd health, milking, and dairy product processing.
    • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards for dairy farming.
  2. Poultry Farming Expertise
    • Oversee poultry farming activities, including flock management, egg production, and biosecurity measures.
    • Implement strategies to maximize poultry farm productivity and profitability.
  3. Horticultural Farming
    • Manage horticultural farming activities, including crop cultivation, irrigation, and pest control.
    • Optimize crop yields and quality through effective farming practices.
  4. Silage Preparation
    • Utilize your knowledge of silage preparation to ensure a consistent and high-quality feed source for our livestock.
    • Monitor and maintain silage storage and distribution processes.

Qualifications and Requirements
