Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the kitchen team to ensure the delivery of high-quality dishes consistently.
  • Oversee all aspects of food production, including menu creation, inventory management, and cost control.
  • Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene in accordance with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop innovative menu items that reflect current culinary trends.
