Role Overview: Cooks/Chefs

As a Cook/Chef at The Tunnel, you will play a crucial role in our kitchen operations. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals, ensuring all dishes are cooked to perfection, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook meals according to our recipes and standards.
  • Quality Control: Ensure the quality and presentation of all dishes served.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Cook or Chef in a reputable restaurant.
  • Education: Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred.
  • Skills: Proficient in various cooking techniques and cuisines. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attributes: Creative, detail-oriented, and a team player with excellent communication skills.
