Available Positions

1. Assistant Buffet Garde Manger

As an Assistant Buffet Garde Manger, you will play a key role in preparing and presenting cold dishes, ensuring freshness and quality. Your duties include:

  • Assisting in the preparation and decoration of cold buffets.
  • Maintaining hygiene and sanitation standards.
  • Collaborating with the culinary team to meet guests’ expectations.

2. Assistant Pantry Garde Manger

The Assistant Pantry Garde Manger is responsible for the preparation of cold appetizers and pantry items. Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing salads, dressings, and garnishes.
  • Ensuring proper food storage and labeling.
  • Supporting pantry operations during busy periods.

3. Assistant Patissier

An exciting role for pastry enthusiasts, the Assistant Patissier will assist in creating exquisite desserts. Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the preparation of cakes, pastries, and desserts.
  • Ensuring adherence to recipes and quality standards.
  • Keeping the work area clean and organized.

4. Commis

The Commis chef provides essential support in food preparation and kitchen operations. Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting senior chefs in meal preparation.
  • Cleaning and organizing workstations.
  • Learning and mastering basic kitchen techniques.

5. Assistant Butcher

The Assistant Butcher is instrumental in the preparation and handling of meats. Core responsibilities include:

  • Cutting, trimming, and portioning meats.
  • Ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
  • Maintaining proper inventory of meat products.

6. Baker

The Baker is responsible for producing high-quality baked goods. Duties include:

  • Preparing bread, rolls, and other baked items.
  • Following recipes and maintaining consistency.
  • Managing baking schedules efficiently.

7. Assistant Storekeeper

The Assistant Storekeeper plays a vital role in inventory management. Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the receipt and organization of goods.
  • Maintaining accurate stock records.
  • Ensuring the timely distribution of supplies.

8. Housekeeping Attendant

The Housekeeping Attendant ensures cleanliness and comfort in guest areas. Key duties include:

  • Cleaning rooms, corridors, and public areas.
  • Replenishing room supplies and amenities.
  • Reporting any maintenance issues promptly.

9. CDP Patisserie

The CDP Patisserie oversees pastry production while mentoring junior staff. Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and presenting high-quality pastries and desserts.
  • Supervising the pastry team.
  • Ensuring adherence to food safety standards.

10. DCDP

The Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP) assists in managing specific kitchen sections. Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and presenting dishes to the highest standards.
  • Assisting in menu development.
  • Training junior kitchen staff.

Key Qualifications and Skills

For all positions:

  • Relevant experience in the specified role.
  • Knowledge of safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Certification in culinary arts or hospitality (for culinary roles).
  • Familiarity with industry standards and tools.
