Key Responsibilities
1. Entrepreneurial Expansion of Brokerage Services
- Analyze industry trends, competitor strategies, and regulatory landscapes to identify high-opportunity markets.
- Develop and execute market entry plans using your extensive network and market insights.
- Design and implement growth strategies tailored to diverse African markets, focusing on Kenya, Nigeria, and South Africa.
2. Build and Lead a High-Performing Sales Team
- Recruit top-tier B2G/B2B brokerage sales professionals with the right profile.
- Coach and mentor the team to achieve high performance, implementing effective systems and processes.
- Foster a culture of excellence and accountability within the sales team.
3. Drive Profitability and Client Acquisition
