In this role, you will work on an assigned route in the Eastern Region, building relationships, promoting products, and driving sales. This position is perfect for individuals who are energetic, goal-oriented, and passionate about sales.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Direct Salesperson Intern/Trainee, your core responsibilities will include:

• Visiting assigned customers daily to promote and sell the company’s products.
• Providing comprehensive information about new products and services.
• Ensuring timely processing and delivery of customer orders in alignment with company standards.
• Achieving and surpassing set sales targets to contribute to the company’s profitability.
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Monitoring and reporting on market trends, competition, and pricing.
• Handling customer orders, payments, and receipts accurately and efficiently.
• Maintaining cleanliness and ensuring the proper usage of company vehicles and assets.
• Preparing and submitting detailed sales reports regularly.
• Representing the company’s values and brand during all customer interactions.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Education:

• Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• A Bachelor’s degree will be an added advantage.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in direct sales or marketing, preferably in the FMCG or dairy industry.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets.

Skills and Attributes:

• Strong communication, selling, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to foster lasting relationships.
• Detail-oriented with a positive attitude and the ability to work under pressure.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the drive to exceed expectations.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with mobile sales applications.

Other Requirements:

• Flexibility to travel extensively within the region.
