Digital Media Consultant Role:

Overview:

The need for a Digital Media Consultant arises as we revitalize operations in countries like Tanzania and South Africa, strengthen digital communications, and build capacity in utilizing the digital space.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Websites Enhancement:

  • Coordinate revamp of country websites for uniform design and functionality.
  • Provide basic website management training for country teams.
  • Implement proper analytics service, tracking performance, and maximizing brand visibility.

2. Digital Content Management:

  • Execute digital content strategy aligning with the Africa strategic framework.
  • Train National Offices communications staff on digital content management.
  • Create regular content for various platforms and develop digital toolkits.
