Job Description

Role Purpose

The Digital Factory Interns will play a pivotal role in supporting various projects that drive the company’s digital transformation agenda. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-impact initiatives, such as One Jubilee and Robotic Process Automation (RPA), aimed at enhancing business operations and improving customer experiences.

Main Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of digital solutions as part of the One Jubilee and RPA projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and process improvements.
• Support the analysis, design, and deployment of digital tools and platforms.
• Participate in project meetings, contributing ideas and solutions to advance the Changamk@ initiative.
• Gain exposure to the latest trends in digital transformation and automation technologies.

Key Competencies and Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of Robotics is an added advantage.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
