Strategically located along Namanga road, just 6 km to Kajiado town, we specialize in the production of high-quality Ceramic Tiles. As part of our continuous growth and development, we are excited to announce an internship opportunity for a talented and ambitious Designer Intern.

Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Designer Intern. In this role, you will assist in various aspects of the production process, focusing on glaze line parameters, sample management, and product color debugging. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Graphic Design or a related field, proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in Glaze Line Process: Support in monitoring process parameters and transfer notices, ensuring smooth operations.
  2. Sample Management: Maintain organization of tile samples in designated areas for easy access and reference.
  3. Test Sample Maintenance: Regularly clean and clear test samples, ensuring accuracy and reliability of data.
  4. Production Support: Aid in the production process and assist in product color debugging to maintain quality standards.
  5. Scheduling: Ensure timely arrangement of upcoming products to streamline production efficiency.
  6. Additional Tasks: Complete any other assignments delegated by department heads to contribute to overall operational excellence.

Education and Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent research, time management, and planning abilities.
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn.
