Job Objective

As the Deputy Production Manager – Avocado Orchard, you will oversee the comprehensive management of avocado orchards at Simba Farm. Your primary responsibility will involve implementing production strategies, monitoring plant health, and ensuring the orchard’s adherence to agricultural standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Orchard Management and Maintenance

• Monitor and ensure plant health, identifying early signs of stress, disease, or pest infestation.
