Key Responsibilities

Data Entry and Management

  • Perform data collection and entry into the network facilities database, ensuring data accuracy and quality.
  • Conduct regular data cleaning and validation to ensure data integrity.
  • Assist in the compilation and timely submission of network facilities reports.
  • Organize and maintain a logical filing structure for all network-related documents.

Monitoring and Reporting

  • Collaborate with other Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) staff to implement M&E Plans.
  • Conduct site visits to project locations to provide technical assistance and ensure the proper monitoring of activities.
  • Support M&E Officers in the analysis and interpretation of data exports and dashboards.
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for donors, ensuring timely submission.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Diploma in Health Records, Information Technology, or any related field.
  • At least 1-year experience in data systems, collection, entry, verification, and reporting.
  • Experience working in Sexual and Reproductive Health Rights (SRHR) organizations is an added advantage.

Location

The position covers the Coastal, Central, Nyanza, and Western regions.
