Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain all cyber equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
  • Assist customers with their computing needs, providing expert guidance on software and hardware usage.
  • Monitor and secure the cyber center, implementing safety protocols to protect both customers and equipment.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, offering prompt and effective solutions to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Update and maintain customer records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of all information.
  • Coordinate with government and online services, facilitating smooth operations and compliance with regulations.
  • Train and mentor new team members, fostering a knowledgeable and efficient workforce.
  • Develop and implement service improvement strategies, enhancing the overall quality of our offerings.
  • Manage inventory, ensuring adequate supplies of cyber peripherals and other necessary materials.
  • Engage in marketing activities, promoting Cyber 27 services to attract and retain customers.

Qualifications and Skills

Required Qualifications:

  • High Computer Proficiency, with extensive knowledge of software applications and hardware components.
