Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at Mamasafi, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that every customer interaction is handled with the highest level of professionalism and care. This role requires an individual who is passionate about customer service, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and possesses excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive Calls: Professionally manage and respond to incoming calls and inquiries from customers, ensuring a positive and helpful interaction.
• Take Bookings: Accurately handle customer bookings for our laundry and home cleaning services, ensuring all details are correctly recorded and processed.
• Resolve Issues: Assist customers in resolving any concerns, complaints, or inquiries they may have, maintaining a calm and solution-oriented approach.
• Customer Assistance: Provide customers with comprehensive information about Mamasafi’s range of products and services, ensuring they have all the details they need to make informed decisions.
• Multi-Channel Support: Engage with customers across multiple channels, including phone, email, web chat, and social media platforms, ensuring a seamless and consistent experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Age Requirement: Candidates must be below 25 years old.
• Location: Must be able to work in Kileleshwa, Nairobi, Kenya.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Swahili.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, with the ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in using computers and various social media platforms such as X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Snapchat is required.
• Experience: Previous experience in a similar customer service role is highly recommended.
• Bonus Skills: Familiarity with Google Ads and Meta Ads will be considered an added advantage.

Work Schedule

• Hybrid Work Environment: This role offers the flexibility of a hybrid working model, combining in-office duties, remote tasks, and on-the-go responsibilities.
• Peak Hours: Be prepared to be most active during the weekends, as these are our busiest times. Mondays typically offer a lighter workload, providing a balanced start to the week.
