CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT

PURPOSE:

To provide administrative and technical support to the branch, captive, and independent intermediaries while offering excellent customer service for all lines of business within CIC subsidiaries.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Compliance Checks and Administrative Support

  • Ensure agents comply with IRA regulations.
  • Verify the necessary regulatory business licenses.
  • Provide input for branch reports.
  • Coordinate day-to-day branch administrative issues for optimal efficiency.
  • Maintain office cleanliness and functionality of equipment.
