PURPOSE:
To provide administrative and technical support to the branch, captive, and independent intermediaries while offering excellent customer service for all lines of business within CIC subsidiaries.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Compliance Checks and Administrative Support
- Ensure agents comply with IRA regulations.
- Verify the necessary regulatory business licenses.
- Provide input for branch reports.
- Coordinate day-to-day branch administrative issues for optimal efficiency.
