Pebbles Sales Workforce is a dynamic sales consulting firm specializing in the recruitment, training, and onboarding of sales professionals for partner companies. We are seeking an experienced, agile, and self-motivated Customer Care Representative to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to clients and sales staff, contributing to the overall success of our sales operations.


Job Summary

As a Customer Care Representative at Pebbles Sales Workforce, your primary responsibility will be to offer front-line support to our clients and sales team. You will make outbound calls, engage with clients, assist in client and merchant acquisition, and provide guidance to our sales force. Your role will be essential in maintaining high standards of customer service and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).


Key Responsibilities

  • Make Outbound Calls: Reach out to listed clients to offer support and address their needs.
  • Offer Front-Line Support: Provide immediate assistance to clients, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently.
  • Client and Merchant Acquisition: Actively participate in acquiring new clients and merchants as part of your KPIs.
  • Engage with Sales Force: Collaborate with the sales team to provide guidance based on client responses and feedback.
  • Prepare Reports: Generate detailed reports on work completed daily, weekly, and monthly to track performance and outcomes.
  • Escalate Issues: Address and escalate any support issues to the Sales Manager as necessary.

Skills Required

  • Well-Groomed and Presentable: Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills: Possess strong communication skills and the ability to influence others effectively.
  • Fluent in English and Kiswahili: Communicate clearly in both languages and demonstrate good listening skills.
  • Ambitious and Focused: Exhibit a strong desire to succeed in a support career and achieve personal and team goals.
  • Prior Experience: While previous experience in sales or support is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite.

Qualifications

  • Diploma: Minimum qualification of a Diploma in Sales and Marketing, Front Office Management, or Secretarial Studies.

Remuneration

  • Starting Salary: KSh 20,000 per month.
