Manager Responsibilities:

As the Club Manager, you will be entrusted with the following responsibilities:

  1. Policy Implementation and Administration: Implement and oversee club policies, ensuring alignment with overarching goals and objectives.
  2. Strategic Planning: Develop and approve operational policies, contributing to the formulation of long-term and annual business plans.
  3. Personnel Management: Establish personnel policies and oversee training programs to foster a skilled and motivated workforce.
  4. Financial Oversight: Manage monthly budgets, ensure financial compliance, and maintain robust financial controls to safeguard the club’s fiscal health.
  5. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to Kenya’s regulations and laws governing clubs and hospitality establishments.
  6. Service Excellence: Uphold the highest standards for club services, prioritizing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  7. Staff Supervision: Supervise and direct the work of club staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
