Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and score AI-generated clinical consults by comparing them with real patient data.
• Work remotely using a secure online system to complete medical reviews accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure comprehensive, unbiased, and accurate assessments of AI consult results.
• Complete up to six rounds of 30 cases per round, earning up to KES 120,000 for precise evaluations.
• Participate in a half-day in-person training in Nairobi to ensure alignment with research protocols.
• Contribute valuable insights that will enhance AI-based clinical decision support in Kenya.

Qualifications and Skills

• Must be a registered Medical Officer (MO) with an MBChB degree.
• Successfully completed medical internship in Kenya and registered by KMPDC.
• Actively engaged in clinical practice (minimum 1 hour per week).
• Ability to independently analyze and assess medical cases with a high degree of accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality medical evaluations.
• Access to a computer with a stable internet connection to complete online case reviews.
• Willingness to attend mandatory training in Nairobi before starting evaluations.
