M.P Shah Hospital seeks a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our Marketing, Brand & Communication Department as a Client Relations Officer. Reporting to the Clients Relations Manager, the selected candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting business growth and development by prospecting, negotiating, and closing new revenue streams for B2B accounts. Additionally, fostering positive business relations with existing customers will be a key responsibility.

Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Business Development:
    • Actively prospect for new clients to leverage the hospital’s service offerings, aiming to meet revenue targets.
    • Establish partnerships with other hospitals and medical facilities to drive patient referrals and revenue growth.
    • Facilitate the empaneling of doctors and enable referring doctors to gain admission rights, contributing to customer acquisition strategies.
  2. Client Relationship:
    • Conduct regular service meetings with insurance companies, direct corporations, and hospitals to nurture positive business relationships.
    • Organize health talks, Continuing Medical Education (CME) sessions, and webinars to promote the hospital’s services and foster client engagement.
  3. Product Development:
    • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to develop new service offerings and packages tailored to market demands and client needs.

Qualifications & Requirements

  1. Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any business-related field will be advantageous.
