Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, Brand & Communications, the Client Relations Manager will play a crucial role in driving business growth and development. This position involves leading the process of prospecting, negotiating, and closing new revenue streams for both B2B and B2C accounts while ensuring the retention of existing customers. The role requires maintaining positive client relationships to support the hospital’s strategic growth.

Responsibilities

1. Business Development

  • Develop, implement, and deliver on business development targets according to the sales plan.
  • Map and review prospects, attend pitch meetings, and review engagement contracts.
  • Conduct regular need-based market research to gather data for analyzing products, services, competition, and trends.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Establish and maintain business relationships with consultant doctors, the medical fraternity, insurance companies, and corporate clients.

3. Communication and Reporting

  • Effectively communicate and promote the hospital’s products, services, packages, plans, features, and benefits to both existing and prospective clients.
  • Compile and maintain necessary reports to support decision-making.

4. Team Management

  • Guide and supervise the client relations team to achieve their tasks and meet performance targets.

Qualifications

1. Educational Requirements

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

2. Experience

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a background in business development and team management. Experience in the health industry is preferred.

3. Required Competencies

  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Customer-oriented with the ability to adapt to various client personalities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Demonstrated public relations and relationship-building skills.
