Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Office Cleaning:
- Responsible for cleaning the Bank’s offices and related facilities as per the expected standards and guidelines.
- Daily Cleaning:
- Performs daily and periodical cleaning of the assigned work area as per expected guidelines and standards.
- Maintenance Reporting:
- Report maintenance defects to the supervisor and follow through to ensure they are addressed promptly.
- Checklist Maintenance:
- Responsible for ensuring the housekeeping checklists are kept up to date and within the expected timelines.
- Stakeholder Relations:
- Maintain good internal and external stakeholder relations.
- Adherence to Requests:
- Comply with any reasonable request made by management within the scope of work.
- Hazard Reporting:
- Report all potential and real hazards immediately to the supervisor for guidance.
- Material Usage:
- Ensure to work with cleaning materials within the expected guidelines and report any incidents for guidance.
- Protective Gear:
- Ensure to work with protective gear/devices as instructed.
- Dress Code Adherence:
- Adhere to the designated dress code and conduct of cleaners in the Bank at all times.
