Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:

1. Driving Channel Commercial Execution Growth Pillars: In this role, you will support the Franchise Unit Leader in developing our channel commercial execution growth pillars. Your main responsibility will be to drive cold space expansion across the franchise, aligning with the strategic priority to double the bet.

2. Evolution of Franchise Commercial Processes: Lead the evolution of the Franchise’s Commercial processes, specifically the “Road to Market,” as we transition to a consumer-centric organization.

3. Metrics Management: You will be the custodian of all channel metrics, responsible for managing commercial metrics dashboards. This role also involves providing commercial analysis and reports. You will build efficient systems and routines to collate and publish reports for the team’s use.

4. Operating Unit Execution Cup: Take charge of the monthly reporting and tracking of progress for the specific channel, as well as the collation of quarterly results. This is a critical aspect of ensuring smooth operations and performance evaluation.

5. Project Management of Channel Initiatives: Your role will involve effectively managing various channel initiatives, ensuring their successful execution.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree

Related Work Experience:

• Prior commercial/franchise operations experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to work across cultures and multiple functions.
• Strong, proven self-starter with superior leadership skills and capabilities.
• Ability to lead and influence teams towards common goals, leveraging best-in-class approaches and methodologies. Effective interaction and influence with various levels of management across the system.
