Job Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for upholding cleanliness standards and addressing tenant concerns in our property management operations. Key Responsibilities

• Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure that all rental properties are kept clean and presentable at all times.
• Tenant Support: Address and resolve tenant complaints and concerns efficiently and professionally.
• Property Upkeep: Conduct regular inspections of the properties to identify and address maintenance issues promptly.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of property condition and any repairs or maintenance activities performed.
• Communication: Liaise with property management and tenants to ensure smooth operation and tenant satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience: Previous experience as a Caretaker or in a similar role is highly preferred.
• Skills: Strong skills in cleanliness maintenance and tenant relations.
• Age Requirement: Male candidates above 33 years old are encouraged to apply.
• Education: Any relevant certificate is welcome, though not mandatory.
