Role Overview:

We are seeking a diligent and proactive Caretaker to join our team. The Caretaker will play a pivotal role in the general property management of Cytonn Properties, overseeing various service providers to maintain the properties at optimal levels. Responsibilities:

  2. Reporting: Produce daily and weekly reports on maintenance issues for escalation to the Facilities and Property Manager.
  3. Security and Safety: Supervise security operations, review security reports, and maintain safety measures.
  4. Contractor Supervision: Oversee contractors for repair works, ensuring compliance with specifications.
  5. Emergency Response: Remain available for emergency response 24/7, coordinating with relevant authorities.
  6. Community Relations: Foster good relations with neighbors and regulators, ensuring timely compliance.
  7. Staff Training: Instruct staff and outsourced personnel on safety and welfare matters.
  8. Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all on-site equipment is in good condition, reporting faults promptly.
