What You Will Do

As a Car Sales Admin Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our car sales operations. Your responsibilities include:

  • Booking vehicles into the inventories.
  • Performing various administrative duties in the office.
  • Keeping accurate records of maintenance and repairs on vehicles.
  • Facilitating sales process documents and vehicle assessments.
  • Preparing monthly reports on car sales.
  • Providing clients with necessary information about units on sale.
  • Ensuring the sales process adheres to company guidelines.
  • Approving bids received on cars.
  • Ordering spare parts and services.
  • Maintaining the level of selling prices versus the value of cars.
  • Approving yard expenses within limits set by management.
  • Performing any additional duties as assigned.

What You Will Need

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience.
  • The ability to work a flexible schedule.
  • A willingness to work quickly and independently.
  • Fluency in English and Swahili.
  • A strong sense of loyalty and integrity.
