Job Summary

Ideon Limited is seeking 30 Call Center Interns to join our dynamic team in Nairobi. With the onboarding of three new clients, we are expanding our team to manage the increased workload starting from 1st May. This is an excellent opportunity for enthusiastic individuals to gain hands-on experience in a professional call center environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Making Outbound and Inbound Calls: You will be responsible for handling both outbound and inbound calls, providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
• Sending SMS Templates: Efficiently send SMS templates to clients as part of our communication strategy.
• Updating Client Feedback: Ensure all client feedback is accurately updated in our system to maintain high standards of service.
• Additional Duties: Perform any other duties assigned by the management to support our call center operations.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients.
• Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate and resolve issues in a professional manner.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with clients and team members.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Proficient in identifying problems and implementing solutions swiftly.
