Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain effective customer relations: Provide timely, efficient, and courteous service to all clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls: Handle a high volume of calls, both inbound and especially outbound, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
  • Record customer interactions: Accurately document all customer interactions, including comments, inquiries, and concerns, using our CRM system.
  • Prospecting and sales: Conduct effective telephone marketing, close business deals, and follow up with potential clients to secure new business opportunities.
  • Team collaboration: Work closely with other team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive working environment.
  • Provide feedback: Share customer feedback and suggestions with management to improve service delivery and customer experience.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a call center or customer service and sales environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong computer literacy and proficiency in using CRM systems.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication skills, with a focus on active listening, empathy, and problem-solving.
  • Sales Skills: Ability to effectively market and sell products over the phone, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Team Player: Positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Time Management: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
