Key Responsibilities

As a Business Development Executive in the realm of Telesales, you will report directly to the Commercial Lead UK. Your primary mission: to generate revenue and be a relentless target achiever in all facets of your role.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Market Focus: Take charge of the UK market as your area of operation.
  • Strategic Vision: Develop and execute effective strategies to reach clients and drive new business sales growth.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships at various levels within prospective customer organizations to unlock revenue opportunities.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Maintain a continuous customer-centric awareness and outlook – adopt a consultative sales approach that capitalizes on all sales opportunities.
  • Financial Acumen: Demonstrate a commercial sales focus and financial awareness while nurturing new business opportunities.
  • Existing Customer Base: Manage the existing customer base in your territory while cross-selling products and services across the service base.
  • Pricing Expertise: Familiarize yourself with pricing for solutions and services to effectively market them to customers.
  • Strategic Business Growth: Achieve new strategic business gains, primarily in core sectors, and diversify into CCTV, Access Control, Fire Safety Solutions, and associated maintenance contracts.
  • Market Research: Research and evaluate new service and solution demands, as well as customer needs and insights.
  • Competitor Analysis: Assist in customer and competitor evaluation production to determine future demand, sales drives, and growth.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • Education: Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a call center or BPO environment.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and reporting skills, with fluency in spoken and written English.
  • Sales Expertise: Demonstrated knowledge and experience in telesales and telemarketing.
  • Detail-Oriented: Keen attention to detail and meticulous record-keeping.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively.
  • Professionalism: Highly disciplined with impeccable character.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills.
  • Confidence: Confidence and assertiveness.
  • Results-Driven: Focus on achieving growth results.
