Key Responsibilities

  • Onboard new customers: Build strong relationships with schools and facilitate seamless integration of Zeraki’s solutions.
  • Support existing customers: Provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Gather and analyze feedback: Identify areas for improvement and inform strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Promote Zeraki’s dominance: Work to sustain our status as Africa’s leading EdTech brand through effective sales techniques.
  • Meet sales targets: Drive revenue by closing deals and securing long-term clients.

Qualifications and Skills
