Key Responsibilities

As the Brand Marketing Manager, you will:

Strategic Marketing Execution:

  • Implement and monitor marketing strategies that drive brand market share and deliver on revenue KPIs.
  • Develop actionable plans to acquire new customers and track performance metrics, including weekly and monthly updates.

Customer Insight and Engagement:

  • Analyze and profile customer bases to understand their preferences and purchasing behaviors.
  • Map out detailed customer journeys and foster growth within the customer database.
  • Drive brand love and community engagement through innovative campaigns and user-generated content.

Brand Consistency:

  • Maintain a consistent brand image across all touchpoints, ensuring alignment in marketing, branding, and advertising content.
  • Oversee customer feedback initiatives, including surveys and focus groups, to enhance customer experiences.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with internal teams, senior leadership, and external partners to execute seamless marketing programs.
  • Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring high-impact launches and cohesive communication strategies.

Qualifications and Skills

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience in using consumer research and data to craft actionable marketing strategies.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working with diverse teams.
  • Expertise in managing multiple campaigns and delivering results under tight deadlines.

Educational and Professional Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or communications, ideally in the retail or fashion industry.
  • Exceptional storytelling abilities, with a keen eye for detail in creative outputs and a solid understanding of fashion brand marketing.
