Key Responsibilities

Uncover Trends and Insights

Utilize statistical tools to analyze data sets, focusing on agencies’ collection trends. Derive daily, weekly, and monthly insights to enhance collections performance.

Proactive Analysis

Assess the effectiveness of servicing and collection efforts. Identify trends and suggest improvements to optimize collection and repayment strategies.

Dashboard Management

Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards for accurate tracking of collection performance.

Agency Collaboration

Manage outsourcing list generation, redistribution, and recall. Ensure debt collection companies adhere to Branch standards.

Communication

Respond to repayment/collection emails from customers and agencies promptly.

Invoicing

Generate invoicing data for debt collection companies and reconcile all invoices received.

Team Collaboration

Collaborate with other teams, providing necessary analysis and reports.

Qualifications

• Business/Statistics/Computer Science Degree or equivalent
