Job Overview

We are currently hiring for two critical leadership positions within our company. As the Branch In Charge and Sales Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our business in the assigned branch by leading the sales team, managing customer relationships, and ensuring operational efficiency. This position requires someone with a strategic mindset, strong leadership qualities, and a proven track record in sales management.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Revenue Generation (70% Focus)

  • Develop and implement sales strategies within the assigned branch to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Ensure the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals as per the set budget.
  • Take overall responsibility for cash management, ensuring daily cash reporting, banking, and effective petty cash management.
  • Oversee inventory management, ensuring that all stock is well-maintained and accounted for within the branch.

Customer Service

  • Foster strong, ongoing relationships with clients through regular communication and exceptional customer service.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints, ensuring timely and appropriate solutions.
  • Prepare detailed reports on customer feedback, including market intelligence insights with actionable recommendations.
  • Conduct customer education sessions on the importance of using genuine parts.

People Management

  • Lead the branch team in achieving business targets, including setting clear employee objectives and monitoring performance.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels with staff, ensuring they are informed of business directions and performance expectations.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the branch staff, cultivating a high-performance culture.

Business Reporting

  • Prepare and present clear, timely, and accurate performance reports and business proposals.
  • Attend and actively contribute to senior management review meetings, offering insights and recommendations for business improvement.

Facility Management

  • Ensure that the branch operates within established facility standards, maintaining high levels of hygiene and compliance with all relevant regulations, including EHS (Environmental Health and Safety).
  • Oversee the utilization of branch resources, ensuring their efficient use for business purposes.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Strong sales acumen, with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Exceptional people management and leadership skills, with a focus on team development and performance management.

Skills Required

  • Sales Strategy Development: Ability to create and implement effective sales strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Excellent skills in fostering long-term relationships with clients and addressing their needs.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Proven ability to lead a team, set clear objectives, and monitor performance.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Ability to prepare comprehensive business reports and market intelligence data.
  • Inventory and Cash Management: Experience managing inventory and financial resources efficiently within a branch.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Sales Target Achievement: Measured against monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Based on customer feedback and resolution of complaints.
  • Operational Standards: Adherence to facility standards, including cleanliness, safety, and regulatory compliance.
  • Employee Performance: Meeting staff development and performance goals.
  • Accurate Reporting: Timely and comprehensive business reports for management review.
