Job Summary

As an Assistant Marketing Executive specializing in digital marketing, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing strategies to promote our company’s products, services, and brands using various digital channels. Your primary objective is to reach target audiences, drive conversions, and achieve business goals by leveraging technology and the internet. You will collaborate closely with the product and sales teams, as well as other marketing stakeholders, to ensure that marketing campaigns are aligned with business objectives and designed to engage our audience effectively.


Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Write and develop engaging online content, including website content, blog posts, white papers, and email campaigns.
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and execute marketing strategies aimed at promoting software/cloud products through various digital channels.
  • Social Media Management: Create and manage content for social media platforms, ensuring consistent engagement with our target audience and fostering brand awareness.
  • Campaign Execution: Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns utilizing SEO strategies, paid advertising, and public relations initiatives.
  • Performance Tracking: Track and measure the results of marketing efforts, using the data to inform future campaigns and recommend improvements to strategies.
  • Collaborative Efforts: Work with the product team to understand and address customer needs, while supporting the sales team by developing and executing lead generation and nurturing programs.

Qualifications and Skills

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in writing online content with a proven track record in digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing strategies, specifically in the software/cloud industry.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, with experience in SEO, paid advertising, social media marketing, and public relations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data for decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Job Responsibilities Breakdown

1. Writing Online Content

You will take the lead in creating and managing various forms of online content, including writing engaging pieces for our company website, blog posts, white papers, and email newsletters. 2. Developing and Executing Marketing Strategies

As an Assistant Marketing Executive, you are responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that support our software/cloud products. 3. Social Media Engagement

5. Collaboration with Teams

6. Performance Monitoring and Improvement

You will be responsible for tracking the results of marketing campaigns using analytics tools. This data will guide future improvements, ensuring that the marketing strategies you implement continue to generate results and evolve based on performance insights.
