Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant F&B Manager to help oversee the daily operations of our Food and Beverage department. This role involves managing staff, ensuring quality service, and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Staff Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of the F&B team, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Guest Service: Ensure excellent customer service by maintaining high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of the F&B department, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and budgeting.
• Quality Control: Monitor food preparation methods, portion sizes, and presentation to ensure compliance with resort standards.
• Health and Safety: Enforce strict hygiene and safety regulations in the kitchen and dining areas.
• Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing special events, banquets, and private functions.
• Financial Performance: Assist in developing and managing budgets, controlling costs, and maximizing profitability.
• Customer Feedback: Address and resolve guest complaints promptly and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or a Diploma in Hotel Management.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role in a 4 or 5-star resort.
• Specialization: Experience in All-Inclusive (AI) resort operations is a distinct advantage.
• Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in F&B software and inventory management systems.
