1. Chief Steward

Location: Nairobi, Kenya
Role Overview:
As a Chief Steward, you will be responsible for managing the kitchen’s cleanliness and maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards. You will lead a team of stewards and work closely with the culinary team to support kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the stewarding team to maintain the kitchen and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and chemicals.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen staff to meet operational needs.
  • Implement effective waste management practices.

Role Overview:
