Duties & Responsibilities

  • Quality Customer Growth: Drive the acquisition of quality customers within the area, with an emphasis on customers consuming over 4kg per month.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to facilitate business growth and expansion.
  • Sales Operations Optimization: Utilize technology and efficient management practices to optimize sales operations, including cost management and loss prevention.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, and Environment) regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments such as training, HR, finance, IT, and procurement to streamline operations and achieve organizational objectives.
  • Team Development: Provide training and coaching to depot sales managers and assistant depot sales managers to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage filling depot budgets, ensuring expenses are within approved limits and proposing yearly CAPEX and OPEX budgets.
  • Policy Compliance: Enforce compliance with company policies, procedures, and statutory requirements at the depot level.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders to develop and improve systems and procedures to enhance service delivery.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct market intelligence activities to monitor competitor activities and industry developments, providing insights to senior management.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data to make informed strategic decisions and drive business growth.
