Position Overview: AGL Africa Global Logistics is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Warehouse Supervisor for our Kisumu location. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a critical role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring adherence to operational plans, maintaining inventory accuracy, and upholding health and safety standards. Responsibilities: 

1. Strategic Planning and Communication:
   • Review and align operational plans for the shift and provide feedback to the Operations Controller.
   • Communicate operational plans to the respective operation teams and ensure adherence.
   • Report actual performance and identify gaps compared to the plan to the Operations Controller.
2. Inventory Management:
   • Conduct inventory reconciliation at the beginning and end of the shift for your respective area.
   • Ensure adherence of operations to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
   • Provide roll call of resources (human & machines) from your respective area to the Operations Controller.
3. Safety and Compliance:
   • Perform regular walkabouts of your respective area and report findings to Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE).
   • Maintain housekeeping standards in your respective area.
   • Ensure compliance with statutory and company rules, regulations, health, and safety standards.
