We are currently seeking fresh university graduates to join our Advisory line of service for Management Consulting.

Requirements:

  • Must be a Kenyan citizen.
  • Should have achieved a B+ and above in the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) or its equivalent.
  • Graduated in 2023 or will graduate in 2024, expecting to complete studies by August 2024.
  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of upper second-class honors or its equivalent.

Management Consulting – Technology:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Passion for technology and driving impactful change in organizations.

Management Consulting – People and Change:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management abilities.
