Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and efficient individual to join our team as a Receptionist and Administrative Support personnel. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth functioning of our organization by handling reception duties, providing administrative support, and facilitating effective communication across all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reception Duties: Answering telephone calls promptly and professionally, identifying and addressing client needs, and managing the reception area with efficiency.
  • Administrative Support: Providing exceptional administrative support by managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and organizing documents to ensure optimal workflow.
  • Communication Management: Recording all incoming and outgoing phone calls, managing landline costs effectively, and facilitating seamless communication between employees and clients.
