Responsibilities:

  1. Streamlining Administrative Processes:
    • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems to enhance efficiency.
    • Devise strategies to streamline processes and optimize workflow.

    • Manage property leases, ensuring all documentation is in order.
    • Collaborate with the Legal department in managing aspects of leased properties.

    • Oversee Head Office reception and reception staff.

    • Ensure compliance, maintenance, and safety related to company vehicles and assets.
