1. Project Manager (1 Position)
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Coordination:
- Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements.
Construction Management:
- Oversee construction activities, including value-added features, road works, and fencing projects.
- Monitor construction progress, ensuring quality and adherence to safety protocols.
- Resolve issues and delays effectively.
Budget and Resource Management:
- Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring optimal use of resources.
